Driving directions (From Memphis)
Take Interstate 40 to the 7th Street/Missouri Street Exit.
Get on Missouri St. going south. After almost 1 mile Missouri
St. will intersect with Broadway St. Make a right onto
Broadway going west. Go 4 blocks to where Broadway intersects
Avalon St. Make a left onto Avalon St. again going south. Health
Care and Rehabilitation Center of West Memphis is located
4 blocks on the left. A sign is located outside the facility
for identification.
