Therapy Services:
Therapy services are provided by Legacy Health Care, Inc and includes physical, occupational and speech therapies as ordered by your physician.

Dietary Services:
Our meal service, with the guidance of our consultant Dietitian, is prepared to offer nutritional benefits, select menus and a pleasant dining experience.

Activity Programs:
Recreational programs enhance the quality of life. Our activity director is joined by the community, family members and volunteers to provide individual as well as group activities.

Social Services:
Assistance is available for our residents and families whether you plan to return to your own home or make Pleasant Acres your new home.
