Therapy Services:
The Therapy and Rehabilitation Program at East Lansing
Health Care Center depends on our team approach. Therapists,
associates, residents and families work together to offer
the resident the greatest opportunity for regaining independence.
Our Therapy Program may include:
- Assessment to evaluate rehabilitation and nursing
needs
- Wheelchair positioning
- Wound care services
- Therapeutic outings to enhance community based skills
- Weekly
rehabilitation meetings
- Home assessment to prepare for
discharge to home or lower level of care and arrangements
for home care services
Additional services available
as needed:
- Hospice care
- Restorative program
- Falls prevention program
- Bowel and bladder program
We accept Medicare, Medicaid,
PHP, BCBS of MI and BCN. |
