At Autumn Heights we take pride in offering the services of a Wound Care Nurse to provide Leadership for our
Wound Care Program.

All wound care services are provided in conjunction with the resident’s attending physician and are tailored to meet the resident’s individualized needs.

Wound care services may include:

• Specialized wound care for all wound
  stages.
• Simple debriding
• Specialized equipment available including
  wound vacs.
• Pain Management
• Vascular Issues Management
• Weight Management
• Diabetes Management
