HCM Awards and Recognition:

Associate of the Quarter Awards are presented to two associates each quarter.  The associates are chosen by the facilities.  Each facility submits a candidate synopsis based on job performance, customer service and abiding by HCM’s mission and standards.

Associate of the Year Award is presented to one of the eight Associates of the Quarter.  Each facility submits a synopsis as to why that associate should be the Associate of the Year.  The Associate of the Year will receive one week off with pay.

Years of Service Awards are given to full-time associates with 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, and 40 or greater years of service.
