About HCM

HCM currently manages twenty nursing homes located in six states: Arkansas, Colorado, Iowa, Michigan, Missouri and Texas. 

HCM's Home Office is located in Jackson, Mississippi.  Operations are managed through a local market management concept whereby HCM management teams are located in various parts of the United States.  These teams currently consist of Regional Vice Presidents who have overall responsibility for the operations within their geographical assigned area.  They have as support Regional Nurse Consultants (Registered Nurses) and Financial Consultants.

Quality control is ensured by the Senior Vice President of Professional Services who develops Quality Control Programs and coordinates implementation at the regional level.  Company inspections are conducted periodically each year to assess quality of service.
